After the coastline ride we are heading up true mountain roads to Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Croatia. It was granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979. The lakes are a definite must-see in Croatia. Accommodation and overnight in an indigenous mountain environment. If you want to reach more and learn about the history of Sarajevo many of the local museums will tell its stories, so be sure to leave some spare time to get to know the complexity of Sarajevo heritage. Also if you are not tired you can ride and explore the suburbs of town, or visit the highest village hidden in the mountains.
